Local Conservatives have selected Luke Graham to contest the Ochil & South Perthshire constituency at the General Election in May.
Luke, an accountant, recently moved to the area following the referendum, where he worked as part of the Better Together campaign.
Commenting on his selection, Luke Graham said:
“I am delighted that local people from across the Ochil & South Perthshire constituency have put their faith in me to stand up for them. "
“Voters in Ochil & South Perthshire will face a real choice at the 2015 General Election. A choice between voting Labour and supporting a Labour-SNP coalition at Westminster or a Conservative MP focused on securing the opportunities and benefits of economic recovery for local constituents."
"I look forward to working with local people and communities in the weeks and months ahead."
Welcoming his selection Strathearn based MSP Liz Smith said:
“Luke Graham has real energy and passion and will make a first class local MP for Ochil & South Perthshire.
“I look forward to working alongside Luke as we campaign across the Ochil & South Perthshire constituency.”
