Ian has been one of your two Scottish Conservative Councillors since 2017 and he is delighted to have retained his seat in 2022.
Having been brought up in a small rural community, Ian is very aware of the unique issue that the residents of Strathtay face. His negotiating skills and leadership qualities learnt during his 23 years of service with the Royal Navy have made sure that Strathtay has been at the forefront of funding and investment discussions.
He has fought on many issues from fly tipping to road infrastructure and from housing to mediation. Ian would love to hear from you and is ready to take your views forward to protect and enhance our community.
